NATHAN BROOKS HAS BEEN FOUND GUILTY OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, AND HAS PLED GUILTY TO DWI, AND EVADING A POLICE OFFICER.
He has also been charged with another DWI and battery on a police officer.
In 2005, he was charged with, and convicted of, Domestic Violence. He brutally beat his wife, then threatened law enforcement officers and threatened to kill his wife when he got out of jail.
In 2006, Nathan Brooks was arrested and charged with DWI.
In 2007, Mr. Brooks is arrested and charged again, this time for Battery Upon a Peace Officer, Resisting/Evading/Obstructing an Officer, Reckless Driving, Aggravated DWI, and additional offenses. He was convicted of some of these charges and served jail time.

Nathan Brooks won’t say it when he is running for office, but if elected, he will likely be just another vote for the Republican plan to ban all abortions in New Mexico and criminalize women and their doctors if they seek one, just like Republicans are doing in states like Texas and Oklahoma where they have the power.
